Join our Patient Participation Group (PPG)
A Patient Participation Group is made up of volunteer patients of the surgery who get together to discuss and support the running of the GP Practice. PPGs often look at the services being offered and the quality of those services. Feedback about the patient experience will often be sought, along with ideas on how to make improvements for the benefit of patients and practice staff.
PPGs aim to ensure that decisions made by the practice have been influenced by the needs and opinions of patients and carers. It is open to every single one of our patients and we always welcome new members.
The PPG meets approximately every three months at Bilston Community Centre, opposite Bilston Health Centre.
